there is a forum for diplomatic affairs, actually : here. But nevermind : I'm glad you found your way here, even though I am neither SimOn nor SimOff a representative of the Democratic Union.

I guess most of the users here are capable of speaking propper english, so communication should not be a problem anyways - and I would really appreciate to come see your celebrations, even though I would most probably not come with my Democratic-Union-account for it is just a bussinessman leading an international security corporation.

I'd just like to know one more detail : Is your project for people from english-speaking countries only or can also players who learned english as a second language join your country?

No, I have never heard of Gallifrey, it comes from my last name being Sullivan and the word freedom.

Alright - nice idea then. Gonna double-check, but sounds very interesting to be part of an english-speaking Micronation
